I am the Volunteer Coordinator and Julian Intern at Ravenswood Community Services. I am here doing a year of service through the Julian Year program, which is part of the Episcopal Service Corps. I am so excited to be working with RCS and am very glad to have found a church home at All Saints’.
I was raised as an Episcopalian in Knoxville, TN and graduated last May from Maryville College in East Tennessee with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies. My junior year of college I had a wonderful opportunity to study abroad at Rhodes University in Grahamstown, South Africa. I fell in love with traveling and with Africa, particularly sub-Saharan Africa, and can’t wait to go back!
In my free time you can find me hanging out with my 7 housemates, cooking, crocheting or knitting, reading, and trying to get into running (we’ll see how that goes….).
